There are so many ways to utilise the left over idlis, till now I have tried idly upma, idly curry, idly manchurian and idly fries, among these idly fries is extremely easy to make and the taste is addictive. .Give leftover idlis a makeover with these scrumptious fries.
Ingredients:
2 idlis
1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
oil for deep frying
Method:
cut each idly into four pieces.
heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the idly pieces over medium flame until they will turn to golden brown color.
sprinkle chaat masala above fried idly pieces and serve with tomato ketchup.
